Finally

Last night's performance of That's What We're Here For (an american pageant) was absolutely beautiful.

Not perfect, no, but beautiful.

I remember why I had to make this show in the first place.

Wow, did it work. Wow, is it strange and undefinable. Wow, am I in pain -- I am bruised and banged up from the big dance scene with Maggie (didn't help that Maggie and I met earlier yesterday to make the dance work better and did the difficult number full out about four times -- that was a lot for me in one day). Worked finally, though, the number.

Got a nice complement from Dina Rose Rivera afterwards (who is a REAL dancer) about my work -- she said, with some amazement, "I didn't know you were a dancer!" Thought I'd told her at some point when we were working on World Gone Wrong that I'd had a little training. A little. I just move well.

Just have to tweak a few little things here and there now. Looks like a good house for tonight. Great. Gonna be a good show, I think. Maybe better than last night. Just have to keep the momentum up.

More to do today. Have to fix the program and stuff. Little things, finally.
