"Shout" is a very uneven effort, in my opinion. However, it contains one of my favorite DEVO songs, which isn't even the title track. No, it's "4th Dimension," which has the balls to not only cop a Beatles lick, but also a Monkees lick! I have always wondered who that song is about. -TXC
