Oooh, good call. Would you believe when I thought of JJL, both Hudsucker and eXistenZ slipped my mind? I still was debating her on the list for the other movies you mention, plus several others - she got some points off in my head for being consistently brilliant in movies I don't really like. If I had actually remembered those two, she'd be up there, replacing Jenny Agutter (sorry, Tom).
No, I thought of McDormand, but she didn't quite make it. Of course, I still haven't seen Burn After Reading.
