I know -- I had a weird time at Medicine Show one afternoon as theatre bloggers appeared left and right in spirit -- I was there to help on the lighting for a video piece.
When I looked at the wall of headshots, I notice Eric, who I worked with last Summer, and the woman there (whose name I forget, dammit) said that he had really saved her bacon by coming in and doing this part when she had to replace the director and cast at the last minute, and that she also had got a director recommended to her by George Hunka who had just come to town from Boston.
So that was a surprise -- and then picking up a card for another upcoming show at the space and seeing it was to be lit by Lucas just increased the oddity.
I keep forgetting, too, that I discovered that recent shows by two others of our group included the actors Michelle Enfield and Scott Lovelady, who I've lost track of over years and would like to be in touch with again (especially Scott, a good friend from 1986 to 1995 or so, who's had my Fender Stratocaster for over a decade now, as I've had a movie projector of his . . .)
