Curmudgeon! Glad you dropped by, and thanks for the kind words, and especially the clarification on the whole insane storyline going on in Apartment 3-G. Currently, in my "chill-out" time at the computer, I've been going through your archives from the beginning, so I can follow the progress of many strips and get all the running jokes that have been going on ("MORE ZIPPERS, MULE!"). I'm almost up to "Aldomania" territory (my fiancee's already gone ahead through it).
When I'm done with back pages of CC, I may go back and get the full does of the last two years of 3-G, just to really understand it, if such a thing is possible.
